Never tried a massage candle before and was looking for something fairly hypo-allergetic. I love lavender and ordered this one to try even though it was more expensive than some of the massage candles out on the market. Ok, first it smells AWESOME. I'm not one for scented candles like my husband is but it was a wonderful herb-lavender/rosemary scent. Not sweet and very nice. The candle melts quickly enough to be ready after a shower and the oils is warm but NOT hot. Great for a massage and no messy. I little goes a LONG way and lasts all day without oily feeling. Wax isn't hot so if you want sex play wax it doesn't get hot enough for that. But we both highly recommend this candle.
