I love Cetaphil. I use it every day, many times a day. It doesn't dry my skin the way other cleansers and soaps do. I take Cetaphil with me when I travel. I wash my face with it as well as bathing with Cetaphil. My teen-age daughter washes her face with it, too. It's the best! I wish that the company gave out coupons because I'm spending a small fortune on it.

The best skin cleanser I have ever used. After receiving a sample bar, I was totally hooked. If you have sensitive skin, this is the greatest product. Your skin feels soft and fresh. Terrific lather and nice, clean scent. Worth every penny.

The Cetaphil cleansing bar is the only soap we use to bathe or wash our hands with in our household. The soap is gentle to sensitive skin and non-drying. For us it helps alleviate our dry skin or Atopic Dermatitis symptoms. Our doctor recommended we switch to Cetaphil products and after doing this our skin conditions have improved.
After bathing or washing our hands with the Cetaphil soap we apply the Cetaphil hand cream or hand lotion to help moisturize our dry skin.
Highly recommend.

I use this to for my face. It cleans well yet is not drying at all. I thought the price is a bit expensive but one bar does last a long time. Highly recommend.

This product works very well on dry, scaling skin. It was recommended by a doctor and has been a great product. The dryness and scaling are going away so we will continue to use this product.

This bar soap is the only kind I can use to help avoid contact dermatitis. It is gentle on your skin and and because your skin is less aggravated by harsh or regular soaps you will have less reactions and rashes from coming in contact with allergens. It was recommended by my dermatologist. I do NOT use the antibacterial formulation because constant use of antibacterial soaps also kill the good bacteria on your skin an can lead to problems. This formulation is the best for daily use. I buy it in the six-pack to save money as it is more expensive than regular soap, but so much more worth it for its benefits.

I really like this product. I was looking for a bar cleanser that did not dry my skin and was fragrance free. When I spoke to my dermatologist, this was the product that she recommended. Even my husband likes it!

13.) Not good for my skin

When I saw that Cetaphil had a scented bar soap, I was excited about it. I had very good experience with their moisturizing cream, and I thought the soap was going to be similar. I was disappointed to find out that it had the same effect on my skin as a Dove scented soap. So, why pay 4 dollars a bar when you can get scented Dove? In any case, I'm back to unscented Dove. By the way, I had to point out that I didn't find the scent at all offensive, like some other poster suggested. Not a great smell, but not offensive.
Pros: None for me.
Cons: Too expensive compared to competition (4 dollars a bar, instead of 1 dollar for Dove); harsh on my skin (like other non-scented soaps); not a bad scent, but not a great one either.
Bottom line: Buy one at your local supermarket first, instead of a 6 pack from Amazon. If you like it, indulge yourself with 4 dollar bars of soap.
14.) Atrocious fragrance

I use Cetaphil cleanser, and thought this bar would be easier to deal with. Instead it's the most atrocious smelling, over-fragranced product I've ever had the displeasure to purchase. Cetaphil is known for being free of harsh detergents. It would be nice if it was also free of harsh scents. If you thought Irish Spring was over the top.... this soap smells like vinyl mixed with Grandma's perfume. It will make you wince from three feet away. NOT for guys.
It's also available for a tenth of this figure elsewhere (google it).
