This product is one of the best things I've ever bought for myself... It does exactly what it says: cleans your skin better than you ever thought you could, mildly exfoliates, and just makes your skin look fabulous. I can also tell it is softening my fine lines on my forehead (which are just starting). Once you use a clarisonic, you'll never go back to washing your face the regular way. I really like the Pro better than the one my friend bought awhile ago, b/c I changed it to a two minute timer b/c I have very oily skin, and I also like to be able to customize the speed (high after the gym, normal on a regular day). A FANTASTIC buy... a must for anyone who is looking for a boost to their facial skin. Plus, if you buy the spot attachment, you can use it on rough places like your upper chest, elbows, and knees (it has a special speed built in for body areas).

The benefits of this product can be seen immediately. You will experience softer, smoother skin after the first use and your face will really look and feel squeaky clean. My pimples don't last as long (sometimes disappear in less than 24 hours which never happened before), and my expensive skin care products are more effective. The real reason for the purchase was a bunch of blackheads on my chin and they are diminishing in quantity. Also they are more brown now than black which I could see after using a Biore strip. Hopefully they will eventually disappear. I recommend this product.

I received this as a gift from my sister who advised me to use it for deep makeup removal and said that it may even clear up my acne. I had tried Proactiv, but the benzoyl peroxide dried my skin out so much that my acne worsened (a common problem). I saw a dermatologist and was prescribed antibiotics to control the breakouts of cystic acne, which were deep and painful, but stopped after I started noticing that I wasn't breaking out anymore. I was not looking forward to having to start taking medication for this issue again, as other problems can result from taking antibiotics extensively, so I took my sister's advice and tried it. This was in March; three months later and I don't have a problem with acne anymore - it's unreal! I absolutely love my Clarisonic, and I am so glad my sister got it for me. A truly great gift, I am amazed every time I look in the mirror. Bottom line: definitely worth a try for acne, and it's worth every penny!

Think of how much $ you've spent over the years on cleansers, scrubbers, etc...think about it, seriously think about it..b/c after using this product, it made me think of how much I've wasted and should have spent it on this product. WHY you ask...No matter how expensive/cheap/raved about cleanser I've used, nothing really cleaned my face. It would either dry it up, leave some type of a residue, or just irritated my skin. After years of trial and error, I gave up, and stuck to good ol fashion water and oil of olay. I'm blessed with good skin, but I still have my problem areas. I got this as a gift. VERY GLAD I did.

I was skeptical. I was hesitant and kinda scoffed at the idea that a rotating brush could do much for me. I felt my skin before I used the product, pretty darn smooth. I tested it after I used the product - wow, it made my before skin feel like sand paper. I just knew that it cleaned out buildup of product (makeup, cleanser, lotion, whatever) because my skin actually GLOWED. I used the standard 2 minutes function on my t-zone. It really buffed away some spots that had raised bumps before. Pretty insane b/c I really didn't think I need this product. I could only imagine what it could do for people who have problematic skin.

So all the products i've bought/used before couldn't even come close...made me feel like I did waste a lot of money.

What else do iI like about the Pro vs. the Mia - the 4 speed rules - only because I want it. I end up using the standard speed a lot for me face. It also seems like the handle is a little bit bigger than the regular model. I don't think the Clarisonic cleaners that it comes with are all that fabulous. My skin feels a little bit drier than when I use some other stuff - I recommend you use your own cleansers (as long as it doesn't have exfoliants in it. If it does, then take the brush off the machine after each use to clean it out - or it will cause build up. I like that there are grooves under the brushes so water can flow out and not stay stagnant in the machine. The design of the handle is ergonomic and comfortable to use. I would suggest making it lighter - when you're using the body brush, it gets to be a little heavy after a few runs.

I like the brush head that it comes with. Great for sensitive skin, great at all modes of the machine (I use the Pro mode for m t-zone and chin - my problem areas) - about once a week. I use it every other day on the normal speed. And alternate with the body brush.

What I find most valuable - BODY BRUSH! This is what really hit me. I've tried different types of brushes and exfoliants, but my skin just wasn't baby soft. I've spent $ at spas doing a full body scrub. Yeh, my skin is silky smooth awesome, but it only lasts for a few days, then I feel a few dry spots here and there. Not anymore!!! Dry spots GONE. Skin Smooth. It's amazing. What I spent for 2 body scrubs = this machine. It makes me happy. PLUS this has cleared up dry spots that body scrubs have missed - the back of my thighs and upper arms. My skin is like butter now.

BRUSHES - find some online -there are deals out there.

The Clarisonic Skin Care System is probably the best home apparatus for skin care - it left my skin smooth and tight (tight in a good way as I'm in my late 50's). The pink color is very girly - again in a good way. If you're going to get any skin product, this should be the highest on your list.

I absolutely love this product! I am a 31 year old female with some sun damage and mild blemishes, I have used this product for over 6 weeks and no longer wear foundation! I only use a light powder now, due to the clearing up of my skin! I use it morning and night and it makes my skin so clean and smooth! I bought it at first at Sephora, it was almost $250 with tax!!! Amazon is definitely the most price competitive place to buy it, I would highly reccommend!

7.) My Favorite Tool! Great for Combination Skin

As an esthetician, grooming editor and all-around product junkie, this is one of the things I recommend for most skin types. It works like this; the device has a bunch of rotating bunches in concentric rings - kind of like the Pentagon. Those rings of brushes spin in opposing directions at sonic speeds, loosening desmosomes (glue that holds dead skin cells together) to detach old, dull-looking skin cells from your face to reveal your younger skin. It also causes a bit of microcirculation, giving you that "just )(#*@) flush! My favorite way to use this handheld tool is to take a dash of Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant, add a little water to make a paste, and work it into my skin with the Clarisonic. It yanks out blackheads and sebum (oil) to help prevent breakouts and uneven tone. It's great for dry, oily and combination skin. I can't live without mine - and if you have problem skin, neither should you!

I own a Sonicare toothbrush (for several years) and love the results. So, when I read that the same people invented Clarisonic, I felt more at ease about trying this product. I have used this product for over one month and have been satisfied. I received the "Pro Deluxe" version and it came with a "sensitive" brush and a little trial pack of cleansers.

Pros:
-Waterproof: I love taking this in to the shower with me
-Programmable: Although I have not actually changed my settings, I love that you have the ability to do so. The default is 30 seconds (forehead), 30 seconds (vertical/chin/nose), 30 seconds (cheek/side), 30 seconds (cheek/side).
-Timing: I'm not sure if its a beep or just a slight break in the action, but either way, there's an indication to move on to the next area.
-Charging: Easy to charge in its cradle. I don't know how long it will last without a charge - I always keep it in its cradle. Note, you'll need 24 hours for the initial charge.
-Easy to hold grip/handle

Cons:
-Sensitive: the brush seems rather harsh for being "sensitive". I thought about only giving 4 stars, but, its not that big of a deal to decrease the rating.

The first time I used it, I did not use the trial cleansers, I just used my own cleanser. The next day, I had a zit popping up on my chin. So, I don't know if it was on its way, or the cleansing brought it to the surface. I mention this because I saw a prior review that blamed the trial cleanser on acne popping up. Try either the brush (without the cleanser) or the cleanser (without the clarisonic) so you know if one or the other causes a problem. As a side note, I did try one of the cleansers (in the orange tube). It feels very smooth and silky, but when I'm using the Clarisonic, its like its not even there. I thought it would help have a smoother feel during the wash. Not a big deal, but thought I would mention it.

Results:
My face feels soooo clean after I've used this product. I don't have that many lines, so I can't really comment on that. I have medium to large pores. They still seem a little big, but maybe not as deep. Oh, I did have a small "bump" on my forehead that would never go away, and it disappeared after I started using this! This product is not a miracle worker (to me), but then, I didn't buy it with that intention. I just wanted a cleaner face and a cleaner feel...and if my complexion improved - it was a bonus. I'd like to try the "spot" brush.

Purchasing:
This review is about the product itself and not the seller. I bought from a reseller - I emailed to confirm exactly what was included. I believe I got what was advertised. There is no guarantee on Clarisonic purchased via Amazon and probably not via reseller (ask them) - Clarisonic will say it only guarantees via authorized sellers. Amazon has since removed the guarantee wording.

I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I don't have constant breakouts or bumps. I bought it because I got brainwashed into buying this by sitting in my dermatologists's waiting room for 40 minutes and watching the little Clarisonic ad play over and over on the tv. I say brainwashed because I watched the ad about 20 times and the first time thought it was silly but by the 15th time, I was convinced I wanted one but it was too expensive and by the 20th time, I was convinced it would be worth the cost. I really don't regret it and feel like I got in on a big secret since so few people know about this product or are convinced its worth it.

I was getting married and wanted perfect skin on my big day. I also would only wash my face using my hands because a lot of the face brushes I had bought were too rough. I get tiny bumps on my forehead occasionally and I do have to say that this has completely made those disappear. I don't use it for the full 1 minute mainly because I somehow would always get soap in my mouth or eyes if I went for the full minute (and I'm lazy and impatient). I still have terrific results. I just leave it in my shower and charge it whenever it needs it. I have only had to charge it a few times - the battery life is great! I've dropped it a few times and it survived the fall with no damage.

I've had it for about a year now and it still works like new. I don't push hard unless I have a rough patch of skin that I want to exfoliate. I'll admit that I haven't replaced my brush head once in the whole year even though they recommend replacing every 3-4 months (the brush heads are expensive - $25 each but you can get them cheaper if you buy the twin packs).

I think this really is the equivalent to an electric toothbrush. If you have problem teeth, an electric toothbrush will help but its great even if you have normal teeth. Same for this, its great for problem skin but its a wonderful product even if you have normal skin. My skin has never felt cleaner, I know I'm exfoliating without seeing any redness on my skin or damaging it.

I really recommend this product!

I bought the Clarisonic out of desperation - I had lots of clogged pores and so many little bumps all over my face, not too unusual for oily skin. When I first used the Clarisonic I was skeptical; it was nice, it was a massage for my face but would it do anything?
How could this soft little brush that just vibrated really make a difference? I was shocked that just four days later I could actually see a change in my complexion! My skin is smoother and polished looking. This is the only way to thoroughly clean your face. I use the device for four minutes morning and night, preferring to do each facial zone for one full minute. I also use a 12% glycolic acid cream to aid exfoliation. I can't get over how much things have improved. It will take time for the deepest and largest bumps to clear up, but at least I know that new ones are not forming. I just wish I had something like this years ago. You may balk at the price, but this is a quality product and once you use it you will never want to be without it again.

The Clarisonic is something I imagined years ago. I asked myself,'why can't anyone invent a facial brush to clear all the dead skin from the face?' Clarisonic does that and beyond. I don't want to sound repetitive from all the other positive feedback from other reviewers. I do suggest you go to Clarisonic's website and do a search on utube.com for Clarisonic. You will find tons of good videos that will push you over the edge to buy it. My face hasn't been this clear since the last time I dropped [...] bucks for a facial. I haven't had a facial since I bought the Clarisonic. Warning: watch out for companies that sell this product who will not honor the manufacturer's 60 day trial/satisfaction warranty.

I tried my cousin's Clarisonic once, and I was sold. I cannot believe how SOFT and CLEAN my face feels after I've used it just a couple of times. My moisturizer then makes it even softer. And I'm an old lady! Well, 63 anyway. It's well worth the money. Did anyone else have trouble registering it online? I couldn't figure out which number was the 11-digit number they wanted . . .

My husband got me the clarisonic for my birthday - and I had been coveting it for a few years. I absolutely LOVE it! It not only does what it says it will - it exfoliates, softens my skin, and has reduced my fine lines and softened my big ole frown line in between my eyes - but it also sounds awesome. Whoever designed the sounds and feel of the brush did a great job. It feels solid and sounds like a well engineered machine. I have dropped it more than once in the shower and it has totally been fine. My elbows no longer feel like elephant knees - they are soft and wonderful. I would recommend this product to anyone - I have kind of sensitive skin and it has tolerated it very well.

I love the Clarisonic PRO Deluxe. There is really a difference in how my skin feels when using this device, as compared to manual washing. It's a little pricy, but I guess it's worth it when it comes to my face. One thing to remember is to make sure you clean it with antibacterial soap on a regular basis to kill bacteria on the face brush. Otherwise, you are just transfering bacteria back and forth. I have already recommended this to several people. My husband has his own brush head and uses it twice a day. This is really a great product.

This thing is amazing. I love that it has four speeds. I like using the 3rd speed (next to highest) speed at night to get my makeup off, and the 2nd speed in the morning. I even use this on my lips, and it makes them super soft! You can take it in the shower, too, which was great. I haven't seen any dramatic changes dealing with my breakouts yet, but I have been only using it a week. It definately does make your face softer after the first use! I also noticed that it does help with fine lines. The shipping was absolutely incredible. I ordered it on a Tuesday in the late morning/early afternoon, and it arrived that Thursday. Talk about quick!!! I love this. I actually get excited to wash my face now.

I used one of the face washes it came with (the one in the blue bottle that is for normal/oily skin) and it worked pretty well. Just knbow that it DOES NOT come with a body brush. For some reason, I thought that it did, but it does not.

I completely recommend it!

I have been using my Clarisonic for a few months now once daily. I am 53 years old and my skin now looks like a 30 year old and is radiant and glowing. I am using it in conjunction with the DPL deep Penetrating Light Therapy machine and I believe that these two items make a great combination. Last weekend I went out with a girlfriend when my husband was out of town (which I haven't done in years) and (to my utmost surprise) several fellows in their 20s and 30s were flirting with me saying I looked like I was about 28 or 30 years old. I told them that I have a 30 year old daughter ;-)! My girlfriends have been asking me what I am doing with my skin and my husband is telling me that my skin is beautiful, so I am seeing verifications from many places. A friend of mine saw such a difference that she has been coming over for 10 minutes a day to use the Clarisonic and DPL machine and now her skin is looking great too. She mentioned to me yesterday that another friend is seeing the same difference in her skin that now she wants to begin coming. I was a bit skeptical spending so much for a beauty item but am completely hooked on my Clairsonic. I am middle-aged and had bad rosacea on my nose which just flared up last year. I have tried everything to no avail. Go figure: this works! I use it on the gentle setting with Cera-Ve cleanser and noticed results right away. It also works well on my body. I can't get enough of it!

This is an awesome product. I have acne at 38 (geez when will it ever end) and I have to say this product help my skin care system be more effective. You can see a difference in about two weeks. Your face feels wonderful. I just wished they had made a buff so that I could put my creams (at night) in a spa way... I would highly recommend this item. I was eyeing this item for about three months before I bought it, and I wished I would have bought it sooner. Definitely get the 4 speed one.

This is truly a fantastic product and great for everyone, regardless of skin type. I have oily, acne prone skin and I only wish I had purchased it sooner. It really does get your skin VERY clean. As a result, I feel like my other skin-care products are able to penetrate deeper into my skin making them more effective. It's definitely an investment, but definitely worth it! I chose not to use the cleanser and other products that came with it, as I prefer my own, so I can't speak to how well they work.

Can not believe how much more makeup comes off !!!
I've watched the reviews for a while. I've heard that your skin may break out more. I did have a few more pimples in the first week or two. However, since then my skin has cleared up and is smoother. My skin care products feel they are absorbed more. My makeup goes on more smoothly! I LOVE the Spot Body Brush too. It's been great for the back of my arms especially. So glad I went forward and bought one!!

Bought after daughter raved about how smooth her skin was. It does a great job of deep cleaning. I wish this was around when I was a teen. Acne seems to run in the family. This would have made a difference. I use my regular cleaning products. Haven't tried the ones that came with the unit. It holds a charge for a long time. took on vacation for a week without running out of power.

Both of the 1 star reviews are of the seller, not the product, and it brings the rating for this wonderful product down unfairly. I have had this for 2 weeks, and I am already IN LOVE with it!!! I am 36, with A LOT of sun damage. I am already battling fine lines, and dry patches (I actually had skin that would flake off on my chin and nose due to dryness). In the 1 week I have used this, ALL of my dry patches are GONE!!! My skin is actually softer than before. I really do believe what it says...it does help your products absorb better. I loved mine so much (even in this short time), that I sent one home for my parents to use, and got one for my teenagers (each have different heads) to use for their acne (too soon to tell about that, but I will update it as soon as I see. If you are hesitating at all...don't. It is wonderful, and you will not regret it. I cannot wait to keep seeing the results I get with prolonged use.

I want to preface my review by saying i'd never considered getting this product in the past and thought whats the use of a brush, i thought it was just a product from a company wanting to make money for something i could do with my hand and some cleaner.

However, i met a girl who raved about it and said she used it every day and that it did wonders for her skin - and she did have amazingly radiant skin so i thought 'what the hell, i should give it a try' - and i'm glad i did.

Firstly, the first few days it made my skin feel very taught but greasy/shiny. Though, this might be attributed to me working a lot but not sleeping much (that can wreck havoc with skin)

Secondly, after using it for a little under a week, my skin is way softer than any peel, scrub etc can make it - its just so freakin soft and luminous!

Thirdly, i have chapped lips ALL year round, so used this on my lips too while doing my face, and my chapped lips have disappeared! no more dry skin, no cracks, just regular lips for the first time in forever

Fourthly, i have a rough patch on the back of my legs, and have been using this all week and theres a definate improvement. I'll probably get the body head to maximize the benefits.

So, overall my skin is way smoother, smoother than its ever felt and its super clear (tho i don't really get that many pimples anyway), moisturizer seems to work better. My pores don't seem to look any different yet - though its only been less than 7 days, its super hot here and i've been overworking and undersleeping.

So, it seems like a stupid gadget that does nothing special but i'm actually shocked at how fantastic it is.

Will add progress report in a couple of months esp once the winter wind begins!

I've only used this product three times so far (twice yesterday, and once today), but I can tell that it's already made a difference. My face feels much cleaner, smoother and much less irritated than with the method I have been using for years-a washcloth and St. Ives' Apricot Scrub. I hate when my face doesn't feel squeaky clean, so I've tortured it over the years with all kinda of harsh washes and scrubs. I have oily skin and it gets so much worse in the summer months, especially in this humid climate! Even with as few times as I've used this brush, I can tell that I won't be going back to my old habits! It's very gentle (even with my current breakout) and does a great job of cleaning deep down into my pores and everything.

After I use this for a while longer I'll add more to this review.

I love Clarisonic! The pro has 4 speeds for when you want a light wash to a deep clean on speed 4. I truly love this product, I can't say enough. I had a issue with breakouts and this has totaly transformed my skin. My face looks a 100 times better after using this product. I recently purchaed this product, due to dry skin, and blackheads. I wanted a product that would REALLY clean my skin without being too abrasive. So far I have used this product for a week and I absolutely love it. I can see the results, I can feel the results and my skin is softer and my blackheads have diminished. My face feels so clean after I use it. I use it it twice a day in the morning and at night. I can't say enough about this product. If you are hedging on purchasing it, don't. You won't regret it. You will see results immediately. At first given the cost of the product, I wasn't sure it was worth the money, but now that I have used it. It's worth every penny and I can save money on all those professional facials.

I bought the Clarisonic because I was tired of still having near-constant breakouts at age 32. The price was daunting, but I decided it was worth a try due to all of the positive reviews. The difference in my skin was quite noticeable within a week or two, and after 3 months of use, my breakouts are few and far between. My skin texture is somewhat improved, but the major benefit for me is the control of my acne. For that particular purpose, I cannot recommend Clarisonic highly enough.

I bought the Clarisonic Pro because I have extremely oily skin with some imperfections and dry patches. I was hoping that this product would remove more dirt and make up than my cleanser alone and help to even out the dry patches. I have used the Clarisonic once a day, everyday for the past 3 weeks. I've used it with the supplied sample cleansing gel for oily skin as well as my own foaming cleanser. Both are very effective at removing make up and excess oil without drying my skin out. The Clarisonic also helps to exfoliate my dry areas gently. It is gentle enough not to irritate any blemishes I get, which seem to be less than before I was using the Clarisonic. My dry patches have not cleared up completely but they do seem to have improved.

Clarisonic Pro Deluxe(white) turned out to be a product I enjoy using about 3 times a week.
I, like many, thought I could get the same result wth a wash cloth or face brush but you really can't.
Think of it as a regular toothbrush vs an electric toothbrush - the electric always leaves your teeth
smoother and cleaner. The Clarisonic leaves my face really clean because it lifts off the fine layer of
dead skin I shed everyday. Afterwards my skin is very clear and smooth (that pinkish/polished look).
It also helps my creams/treatments to work better because the skin layer is "new."

Since it is Summer right now and the sun is full blast where I live, I do not use it more than
3 times a week. Sunscreen is a must because the freshly-scrubbed skin is extra vulnerable to sun damage.

My skin is on the oily side with a tendency towards blemishes and the Clarisonic has caused no problems.
Lastly, although it has performed no miracles, I can honestly tell you that, upon use, it smooths and softens
the look of fine lines (by removing the dead skin that makes the wrinkle appear deeper).

I'm almost 35 now, and have suffered from relentless, itchy, painful, embarrassing acne breakouts since age 28. I always seem to have at least a few zits on my face. Often in the same day, one would heal & 2 or 3 more would emerge. Every. Single. Day. But because my skin is aging, using acne products formulated for greasy teenagers would strip & over-dry the skin, causing a rebound breakout, and irritating the drier parts of my face, like the temples & upper cheekbones.

Everyone seems to agree that it's probably due to hormone shifts & a few food allergies, so even my dermatologist discouraged me from buying the Clarisonic. However, my mother-in-law (who still has acne in her 50s) has one, and swears by it. So I decided, based on all the positive reviews & generous return policy, to give it a shot.

Right away I noticed that my face hadn't felt so clean in I don't know how long. Even using the gentler cleansers, my face was soft & smooth, but not oily! Perfectly clean! I've been wasting money on $40 cleanser I can only get online, that doesn't even seem that effective. I did an experiment buying the new ($6) L'Oreal 360 deep cleanser for sensitive skin from the grocery store (smells & feels a lot like the Clarisonic Hydrating cleanser). Even that does wonders for my skin, when I use it with the Clarisonic. Also, love that the machine is waterproof & I can take it in the shower with no worries.

I've been using it on average twice a day, for about six weeks. I've noticed a dramatic improvement in my skin's texture, although my fine lines aren't going away, as other people raved. When I do have a pimple, it seems to heal faster & not become as infected. I also did an experiment after wearing liquid foundation. I washed my face as well as I could without the Clarisonic...Then I used the Clarisonic on the Low setting right after, with a little gentle cleanser, and I saw a *bunch* of makeup coming up from the brush: makeup that would've otherwise just clogged my pores.

It was hard to convince myself to spend $200 on a face scrubber. But it really is cost-effective, considering it's cheaper than 2 spa facials with extractions. And the results are far better than after a facial, without the rebound breakout I usually get afterwards. Do yourself a favor & don't skimp on this essential tool!

Finally, just had to say, I was a little intimidated by people's comments about the complicated timers & settings. If you read the directions fully before using (they're not long at all), it is explained in very clear terms. I usually have a bit of a learning curve with new devices, but this one was easy to use right away. Remember to charge it for 24 hours, immediately when you get it. Enjoy!

The Clarisonic reminds me of the brush cleaner that comes with the electrical machines used for facials, only it does not rotate. Those tend to be a bit softer, and I thought this one would be a little softer than it is, but still ok, just have to watch it around the sensitive areas that tend to become red. I like it! Hoping it will be as effective in the long term as my Sonicare toothbrush!

To me, this was strong enough to give your face an adequate scrub, but too weak for body parts. Plus when using it on the face, you have to give it a push in your face so you can really feel the strength of the bristles. It's cute and all (I got the pink one), but I'm not too happy because it is expensive to have to just use on my face.

I honestly don't get the hype. My face doesn't feel any cleaner than it would with a good cleanser and I've noticed absolutely no difference after several weeks of use. I'm so disappointed because of all the rave reviews and the high price tag. More than anything, I wanted a cleaner surface so my skin would absorb my night cream (including Retin-A) better. It's also quite messy and rather awkward. The water and cleanser on your face kind of spatters in all directions, including in your eyes. I can't recommend this, not even slightly.

I've had my Clarisonic for about 10 months now,,, I think i could get the same results from scrubing with a wet, soapy towel. Plus the replacement heads are pricey considering it doesnt do that much for my oily skin.

Clarisonic, when purchased from a trusted source is a wonderful product. This review is based on FaceMedx. The product was defective. When I asked for a refund - they wanted to charge a "re-stock" fee. Why would they want to charge a re-stock fee for a defective product? To re-sell it again. Buy this from a licensed supplier ONLY! I got my new one from a Medical Dermatolgist office (licesned re-seller) for LESS than FaceMedex - and didn't have to pay shipping or tax. Lesson learned...They were also very rude. I returned the product via 2 day mail - receipt of delivery on August 9th and have not received my refund as of September 1st. Will never do business with this company again. They mishandled this so badly - customer service is very poor.
